Listing photos, video or a 3D tour: what does your listing need?
Every listing needs photos: they're what buyers see first on MLS, and Pixel Pro listing photos are a $195 flat rate in Kelowna with drone included. Add video when the home has a lifestyle to sell or you'll promote it on social. Add a 3D tour and floor plans when buyers may be out of town or the layout is a selling point. The Full Package (from $675) does all three in one visit.

What each one does
| Photos | Video | 3D tour + floor plans | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Job | Stops the scroll on MLS and gets the showing | Sells the way of living: the view, the light, the neighbourhood | Lets buyers walk the home at their own pace and check the layout |
| Where it's used | MLS, listing sheets, print, social | Social media, listing websites, email to buyers | Listing websites and MLS links, especially for remote buyers |
| Best for | Every listing | Homes with a view, pool, yard or location buyers pay for | Larger homes, unusual layouts, out-of-town buyers |
| Pixel Pro price | $195 flat | from $495 | from $475 with photos |
Which homes need what
Condos and entry-level homes: photos, with drone if the building or location helps. A 3D tour is worth adding when the floor plan is the selling point.
Family homes: photos plus a 3D tour and floor plans. Families compare layouts closely, and floor plans answer the "will our furniture fit" question before a showing.
Lake-view, luxury and new builds: the Full Package. Buyers at this level are often from out of town, and the video and tour let them shortlist the home before they visit.
Acreages and view lots: photos and video with drone. The land and the setting are what you're selling, and only aerial footage shows them properly.
Matterport or iGUIDE?
I offer both. Matterport gives the most immersive walkthrough, where buyers move room to room as if they were there. iGUIDE adds measured floor plans and room dimensions, which many realtors want on the listing. Photos + iGUIDE is $475 through 3,000 sq ft. Add $100 for each started additional 1,000 sq ft above 3,000. More on the 3D tours and floor plans page.
The short version
- Tight budget: Photos, $195.
- Layout matters: Photos + iGUIDE, from $475.
- Lifestyle to sell: Photos + Video, from $545.
- Do it once, do it all: Full Package, $675–$1,025 by size.

Quick answers.
Does every listing need video?
No. Every listing needs good photos, and Pixel Pro photos are a $195 flat rate with drone included. Video earns its cost on homes with a lifestyle to sell, such as a lake view, a pool or a neighbourhood buyers come for, and on listings you plan to promote on social media.
What is the difference between a 3D tour and a video?
A video tells the story of a home in a set order, the way a buyer would feel it on a showing. A 3D tour lets the buyer walk through at their own pace and check how rooms connect. Pixel Pro offers both, and the 3D tour comes with floor plans.
Matterport or iGUIDE?
Pixel Pro offers both in Kelowna and the Okanagan. iGUIDE includes measured floor plans and comes in the Photos + iGUIDE package from $475. Matterport gives the more immersive dollhouse-style walkthrough.
What is the best value package?
For most mid-size and larger homes, the Pixel Pro Full Package from $675 gives photos, video, drone, a 3D tour and floor plans in one visit, for less than booking them separately.
