Short version: I only collect what I need to answer your enquiry and see how people use this site. I don't sell or share your details.

Who I am
This site is run by Chad Giesbrecht of Pixel Pro Productions, Kelowna, BC. If you have questions about this policy, email chad@pixelpro.ca or call 250.215.7070.
What I collect when you contact me
When you send an enquiry form, I receive what you type into it: your name, email, phone number if you give one, your venue or property location, your date, and your message. That's used only to reply to you, quote the job and, if you book, to deliver the work. The form is sent to my email through a secure email service (Resend). A spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs on the form to keep bots out.
Booking portal
Real estate bookings are made on a separate portal at booking.pixelpro.ca. Whatever you enter there is used to schedule and deliver your shoot.
Analytics and cookies
I use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and whether they click Book, call or email. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage information (pages viewed, device type, approximate location from your IP address) to Google. I use it only to improve the site. I don't try to identify individual visitors, and I don't use it for advertising.
You can block this by turning off cookies in your browser or by installing Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works the same either way.
Videos
Films are hosted on YouTube. They don't load until you press play, and they use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Once a video plays, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
Where it's stored
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiry emails sit in my email account. Analytics data is held by Google, which may store it outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long I keep it
Enquiries and client emails are kept for as long as I need them to serve you and keep business records, then deleted. Analytics data is kept for the period set in my Google Analytics account.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing chad@pixelpro.ca. I'll reply within 30 days. I handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC's PIPA).
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
